Delivery Time
Products available shall be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of full payment by Krinou.
Delivery time will generally be:
- Indonesia : 2 - 3 working days
- Rest of the world : 7 - 10 working days
Products will be shipped with Krinou’s courier of choice. Tracking number will be provided once products are shipped.
Shipping Fee
Transport costs will be calculated according to the number of items and weight of the goods, or according to the weight/volume ratio and on the basis of the place of delivery.
Duty and Import Tax
Shipping fee excludes any import taxes and custom fees which will be imposed by the destination country's local authority upon arrival of the package. Any custom clearance process and import duty imposed by the local authorities will be the customer's responsibility.
