Exchange Policy

No Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any order cancellation requests. Once a payment is made there is no cancellation is allowed. No cash refund will be issued. 

Change of Order

Change of the item or size ordered are only allowed within 24hours after payment is made. If there price of the new items selected is higher, our team will contact you to settle the remaining. If the price of the new items selected is lower, the remaining will be kept as an open credit that can be used in future transactions. 

Failed Delivery Attempt

  1. Customers are responsible to provide us with complete and correct shipping information (and documentation if needed). In the event when incorrect information is provided and the items are missing, we do not take responsibility to replace/refund the order
  2. We will provide tracking number to every order and customers are responsible to track and receive the package. We won’t refund if our customers are unable to receive the item
  3. When customers are unable to receive the package and give instruction to leave package at the reception/front door, loss of package will be the customers responsibility
  4. In the event customers decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes and the item get returned to origin by the courier, we will not issue any refund.

No Return Policy

  1. We do not accept return as each item is carefully measured and tailored to your specific order. 
  2. Do not return any items without our confirmation. We will not issue any refund or exchange under this circumstance
  3. We do not accept refund/return requests for unfit items. Customer bear the responsibility to measure their body accurately and to choose the right size. Customer may consult with our customer service team before purchase via Whatsapp +62821-1276-8812 or email at for assistance in choosing size or customization consultation. All order will be tailor made based on the measurement given
  4. Only faulty/defect items purchased on KRINOU are eligible for exchange with a new item. Proof of faulty/defect must be given in the form of unboxing video. Cases without unboxing videos will not be resolved.
  5. Exchange for new item must be shipped back within the 14-day period. After assessment of the product returned, KRINOU reserves the right to decide if customer is elligible for exchange with a new item.
