1. What currency are your prices in?

We are based in Jakarta, Indonesia but we have 3 currencies in our website, in Indonesian Rupiah, Singapore Dollar and US Dollar.

 

2. How do I know which size will fit me best?

As our silhouettes vary from slim-fitting to oversized, each style will have different measurements. On every product page, you will find a size chart for that particular product. Simply click the size chart tab and find the size that suits you.

Here is how to take your body measurement.

Bust      : Measure around the fullest part of your bust area 

Waist     : Measure around the smallest area of your waistline

Hip        : Measure around the fullest part of your hips area

Length   : For skirt, start from your waist and go down to the leg. For cropped top, start from your armpit and go down.

3. What should I do if there is no standard size that suits my body measurement?

We know that every woman's body is unique and may not fit to our standard sizing. Hence, we have 2 options for you:

1. Alteration services including Enlarging, Reducing, or Shortening. 

2. Custom sizing services, where we will custom make the pieces according to your body measurement.

4. How do I make purchases?

We have built a user-friendly website for you so making purchase on our website is easy! When you see a product that you like, simply select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag (mini bag icon on the top right of the screen). When you are ready to confirm your order, click on the mini bag icon to view your shopping cart. If all the information (product, size, color, and quantity) is correct, follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process.

5.  Can I order by telephone?

Yes, especially for customer who wish to custom size their order, call us with details of the item you wish to purchase, your body measurement, and your billing information and we will process your order. You can also Line or whatsapp us. Customer care is available at +62 813 2199 9056 (Whatsapp available) or Line ID @krinou (with @).

 

6. What payment methods does KRINOU accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard (via DOKU Myshortcart) and Bank Transfer to our BCA Account.

For International order, we accept creditcard cards with PayPal payment gateway.

 

7. When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1 – 2 working days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email for information on expected delivery date and tracking number. You should receive your order within 5 working days depending on delivery method you opted upon ordering.

 

8. How do I track my order’s shipment status?

You can track your parcel using tracking link sent to your phone number registered during purchase.

 

9. Can I get my order using GO-Send (by GO-Jek)?

Yes, we are more than happy to assist you on shipment with Go-send. Kindly contact our customer care at +62 813 2199 9056 (Whatsapp available) or Line ID @krinou (with @).

 

10. Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You can also choose to receive store credit (for a maximum validity period of 3 months), which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly. For further assistance on exchange, kindly contact our customer care at +62 813 2199 9056 (Whatsapp available) or Line ID @krinou (with @).

 

11. How do I return an item for exchange?

You have up to 14 days upon receiving the item (date will be according to shipping company’s successful arrival date) to return it to us for an exchange. Kindly send the item back to our office at the below address:
