No Return Policy
We do not accept return for cash in any case. Only exchange is allowed for standard sized items. As for customized item, we offer free alteration.
Standard Order
For standard sized items, should you feel the need to exchange with another size/item you have up to 7 days after receipt to send it back to us for an exchange. Exchange is only allowed one time only.

Once we received the item, we will inform you of receipt.
Exchange is possible only when the item remains intact in its original condition with the tag still on. Exchange will not be processed if the product has been tainted/damaged/altered from its original condition.
The replacement item you wish to exchange with will be subjected to our stock availability. In the case you can not find a replacement item for an exchange, you can store the amount as Krinou Kredit that can be used for future purchases.

Custom Order
Exchange is not allowed for customized items as the item differs from our standard sized stocks.
Should the item received needs further fit adjustments, we offer free one time alteration for customized order.
